Submissions, IP, and portfolio permission

Submitting work does not transfer ownership, and publishing requires separate permission.

Participants keep ownership of their pre-existing work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Submitting a paper, pitch, project, resume, or portfolio artifact does not transfer ownership to Reeds Hub.
Portfolio publication is separate, revocable consent and should state what can be shown publicly.
