Review policies

What to expect before applying

Eligibility

University students and recent graduates can start with the path assessment. Program pages state any route-specific requirements before applying.

Upcoming dates

Reeds Sprint cohort dates open only after mentor capacity, briefs, policies, and response dates are ready. Specialist tracks open when their launch gates are met.

Time commitment

Reeds Sprint is designed around 5-7 hours each week for six weeks. Other routes publish workload before intake.

Cost

Accepted pilot participants do not pay a participation fee. Any optional external costs must be stated before submission.

What you produce

Each route should end with evidence: a route map, reviewed case study, research output, prototype, pitch, or 90-day action plan.

Selection criteria

Reviews prioritize motivation, timing, availability, learning behavior, collaboration, and cohort composition. Prestige and personal network are not scoring criteria.

Accessibility and language

Applications collect language preference and accessibility needs. Arabic, English, or both can be used when the route can support it.

Response time

Program applications show a reference number, edit deadline, and response-by date. Reeds Sprint targets first response within 7 days.

Participant FAQ

Do I need to create an account first?

No. You can understand a program and start the program-specific application before account linking becomes useful.

What if I am not sure which program fits?

Start with the path assessment. It gives one recommended starting point and a plain-language rationale.

Can I apply without professional experience?

Yes. The application asks for one example of learning, responsibility, or follow-through. It does not need to be a job.

Can Reeds Hub guarantee an internship, job, funding, or publication?

No. Reeds Hub helps you build reviewed evidence and a next-step plan, but it does not control external outcomes.

What happens to my files or ideas?

You keep ownership of your submissions. Confidential material requires a separate written agreement before it is reviewed.

Can I edit after submitting?

The application confirmation shows an edit deadline. Completed upload routes also show a reference and response target.
