Campus support discovery sprint

A student-services team wants to reduce confusion around first-year support. A Sprint team maps the top friction points, interviews a small consented sample, and proposes a clearer support journey.

Outputs

Interview plan, insights memo, service map or prototype, final case study, and next experiment recommendation.

Boundaries

No private student records, no official university claims, no unpaid operational labor, and no identifiable quotes without consent.

Named mentor profiles should be published only after each person confirms role, availability, bio, photo, and profile link. Until then, this page shows the minimum staffing standard.

Completion and credential

Completion means the participant has enough evidence to explain what they did, what they learned, and what they should do next.

Attend at least five workshops or complete an agreed makeup path.

Do I need professional experience?

No. One example of learning, responsibility, or follow-through is enough for the application evidence step.

Is employment guaranteed?

No. The Sprint produces reviewed evidence and a 90-day plan, not a job guarantee.

Can I use Arabic?

Arabic, English, or both can be selected in the application. Team matching should consider language needs.

Can I share confidential work?

No. Sprint briefs must be educational and shareable. Private data, trade secrets, and sensitive files should stay out of the program unless a separate agreement exists.
